Former MNA Jamshed Dasti's brother shot dead in Muzaffargarh
MUZAFFARGARH (Dunya News) – Mushtaq Dasti, former MNA Jamshed Dasti s brother, was shot dead on the spot while another was injured in a firing incident at Thermal Chowk area of Muzaffargarh.
“After getting information about the incident, a heavy contingent reached at the spot and cordoned off the area. The police is collecting the evidence,” said the police sources.
Meanwhile, the police said that unidentified persons opened fire and fled the scene but a search operation has been started for their arrest.
The man injured in the assassination attempt has been shifted to a hospital where he is being treated.
